Award

The INTLEMC Best Researcher Award is the highest honor award in India and is one of the most prestigious forms of recognition of a global ongoing commitment to the practice of sustainable development. A potential applicant must demonstrate a global vision and a commitment to sustainable development through the innovative application of policies. The Best Researcher Award is presented by the Secretary of INTLEMC for distinguished performance. The award may be presented to 1 or 2 individuals, groups, or organizations for extraordinary, noble, or prestigious contributions that impact the mission of the Conference every year. An independent Jury of international leaders selects the Best Researcher Award recipient.

The entire research platform was divided into the following levels:-

·  Level 1: Level one of the research involves a consumer survey for educational institutes/colleges/universities/industry etc., conducted by the Research Education team in different regions of India. The survey was done in 20 states, covering over 100 major cities in India.
The consumers were asked to vote for the institutions they find BEST in that particular industry segment and at the same time survey questionnaire further asked the respondents to give their valuable feedback. The respondents included teachers, mentors, industrial & non-industrial organizations, etc. who were also asked to give a trust rating to each of the researchers they voted for.

· Level 2: The responses obtained by the consumers were thoroughly examined by our research team and a list of more than 50 researchers from all over India was prepared. The list was further scrutinized on a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest) and the top 10 voted researchers were shortlisted after the team evaluation keeping in mind the parameters mentioned in Level 1 of the process to best reflect the choice & preference of the consumers.

·  Final Level: The list of the final 3 best researchers of India was prepared based on the responses & the trust rating obtained from the survey and the scores received by the editorial team.

·  Analysis: The cumulative scoring of the Research Education team and consumer votes was undertaken to finalize the winner of the “Best Researcher Award”.

Award Criteria

The Best Researcher Award Award is awarded for distinguished performance characterized by extraordinary, noble, or prestigious contributions that impact the mission of the different departments, which reflects favorably on the department.

To warrant the award of the Best Researcher Award, a contribution to different departments must meet at least one of the following criteria:

· Achievement of critical program goals far exceeding expectations, marked by noteworthy creativity, energy, or persistence, contributing significantly to the welfare of the United States.

· Exceedingly outstanding leadership or management that resulted in dramatic improvements to productivity, program effectiveness, or quality of the Department of Commerce's service to the United States.

· Scientific or technological breakthroughs resolving longstanding problems or radically advancing the state of art and engineering.

· Highly distinguished authorship or editorship affecting the primary principles of the discipline covered, opening up new fields of inquiry, or redefining major issues of investigation.
